Our security officers maintain a neat and professional appearance while on duty, including wearing the company-provided uniform and identification at all times.
Officers conduct them selves with dignity, courtesy, and respect toward clients, colleagues, and the public.
Our Security personnel act with honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior in all interactions and situations.
Our officers shall not engage in any form of theft, fraud, or dishonesty, and will promptly report any observed misconduct.
Our security officers respect the confidentiality of sensitive information obtained during the course of their duties, including client details and company operations.
Our Officers comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies while on duty.
Our Security officers shall not engage in any illegal activities, including the use of excessive force or abuse of authority.
Our Officers shall use non-violent and de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and manage challenging situations.
Our security personnel avoid using force unless it is necessary and proportionate to the threat faced.
Our security officers will use company-issued equipment and resources responsibly and solely for authorized purposes.
Officers will report any malfunctions or damage to equipment immediately.
Security officers will maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents, observations, and actions taken during their shifts.
Officers will promptly report any incidents, breaches, or emergencies to their supervisors or relevant authorities.
Officers will prioritize safety, both for themselves and others, by following proper safety protocols and guidelines.
Security personnel will promptly report any safety hazards or concerns to their supervisors.
Officers will actively participate in training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Security personnel will strive for continuous improvement in their performance and professionalism.
Officers will maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues, clients, and the public.
Security personnel will provide accurate and helpful information when needed.
Officers will not discriminate against or harass any individual based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, or any other protected characteristic.

Security officers are obligated to report any breaches of this code of conduct promptly to their supervisors or appropriate company representatives.
Violations of this code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
